CPD courses are a small part of what’s available to help you grow in your role.

Check out the resources below to find out about existing programmes, modules, leadership courses and career development support.

Apprenticeships are paid jobs which incorporate on and off the job training. They are an interesting option if you’re looking to grow in your current role by developing specific skills such as practice, team or project management. Contact Alice Long to learn about possible apprenticeships for primary care staff working in NCL.

If you are currently working in a healthcare support worker or healthcare assistant role and would like to train as a nursing associate, this might be the perfect option for you. To learn about the available programme, please email the NCL Training Hub Senior Project Manager for Nursing, Maria Powazka
