Jobs at practices and roles for practice staff at NCL CCG can be included on the website as news items. There is a job advert submission template. Once you have filled in all the sections, rename the file to include the job title and then email it to the NCL GP Web Team.

Please note: News items only remain live on the website for two months from publication date. If your information is about a more permanent change to information hosted in any of the sections on the NCL GP Website, please email your changes directly to the Web Team, including a link to the page to be updated. You can also use the online submit a service feature to send in change to pages that you curate.

Please note: The following deadlines apply to event listings.
- To ensure your event is included in the next NCL GP Weekly Bulletin, please submit your event a minimum of two weeks before the event date.
- Events submitted one week before the event date will be added to the event listings only.
- Events submitted less than one week in advance of the event date will not be listed.
There is an online form registered users can use to either:
- Submit a new service for inclusion
- Update an existing service on the website.
Once you complete all sections of the form, the web team will review, then publish it.
In order to use the online form, you must have an NHS or GOV.UK email address. If you do not, please download the submit a service paper form and once completed, send to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: NCL GPs in one or more NCL boroughs must be able to refer to the service, or patients in NCL must be able to self refer, and NCL commissioners or clinical leads may be asked to review any service proposed for inclusion.

If you have a referral form that you would like to appear on the NCL GP Website, it can be uploaded as a Word document or we can provide information about how to get an EMIS-compatible version created.
