NCL CCG's virtual Urgent Care Plan (UCP) roadshows, aimed at all colleagues involved in the implementation and/or use of the UCP (Coordinate My Care replacement), will start in June.

The roadshows will cover topics such as:

• training
• user support
• access
• UCP functionality
• governance.

Each session will cover the same content and will include time for a Q&A. 

There is no need to attend more than one roadshow, however you are welcome to do so if you wish. 

Colleagues are also welcome to submit questions to the UCP programme mailbox ahead of each roadshow for the team to answer.

The roadshows will begin on Tuesday 7 June 2022, and will be hosted twice a week (on MS Teams) throughout June:

• Tuesdays 1-2pm
• Thursdays 10.30-11.30am.
