Teams in NCL’s Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Clinical Network have been working hard to reduce and equalise waits for access to planned ENT care, through additional investment in services and collaborative working.
The Network has shared a letter from their clinical director with a number of important updates for referrers, including information on:
- the removal of the capacity alert placed on Royal Free London ENT services in September 2021 to indicate longer waiting times
- indicative average waiting times for each NCL ENT service
