The Access Service is a front door to adult social services; providing information, advice and care support for people with physical disabilities, older people, their friends and/or family. It is the contact for all initial enquiries about social care. 

If you are a professional wishing to refer someone, please ensure you have their consent first. 

Please note: Any care services arranged by Social Services may be charged for, this is means tested. 

The office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
