Service update
25 November 2020: This service has paused delivering face-to-face sessions. From Monday 16 November the service has been delivering online sessions. For more information please visit the Camden Council Rebalance webpage.
The Rebalance programme is a 12-week, group, weight-loss programme of exercise and dietary advice for overweight or obese adults. It is delivered in partnership by Camden Sports and Physical Activity service and Aquaterra Leisure.

A referral form can be found in ISL EMIS under
ISL global documents > Exercise on Referral > Exercise Referral and Adult Weight Management Referral Form
Please record and provide the most recent weight for the patient.
