Covid-19 update

We are not providing face-to-face appointments or activities. We are currently offering support over the phone and email and are also holding activities online via ZOOM.

Unpaid carers have now been added to the Government priority list for the Covid vaccine. See Downloads for GP letter in regards to this.


A range of services and support to carers:

  • one-to-one support and information from a specialist support team
  • emotional support, including counselling service
  • health checks, advice and nutrition workshops
  • urgent brief breaks
  • hospital discharge support
  • comprehensive training and activities programme
  • day opportunities for people with mild-moderate dementia and their carers
  • social outings, activities and support groups
  • older carers (65+) activities
  • young adult carers’ (18–25) support and activities

Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

  • carers who live, work or study in Camden, or care for someone who lives in Camden
