North Middlesex University Hospital provides a domiciliary phlebotomy service for housebound patients in Enfield. 


Eligibility criteria

Inclusions

Enfield residents, registered with an Enfield GP who are

  • care home residents
  • housebound

Appointments for this non-urgent service are made via email referral.

Please complete the EMIS form in ENF Global Documents > Phlebotomy > Domiciliary Phlebotomy Referral Form - Enfield

The referral must include the reason the patient is housebound (e.g. dementia, frail, MS, lung cancer). Any referrals that do not include the reason the patient is housebound, will automatically be rejected, requesting additional information.
