Family check-in during Covid-19

Camden Family Early Help is now offering a family check-in service during Covid-19. This service offers a twice-a-week, 10-minute check-in call from one of their staff to help connect families to local sources of support and to answer questions and concerns.

The staff member will not do home visits.

Safeguarding concerns and request for formal early help support should continue to go to Children and Families Contact Service as normal. e:  t: 0207 974 3317.

Eligibility criteria


  • families with low-level concerns and needs only
  • families with children aged 0-19

Please ask parents for their consent to refer them for a welfare check-in and let them know they will be receiving a call or email from Family Early Help.
