Peer education: young people create awareness-raising campaigns about mental health or substance misuse, work with a film maker and showcase their talent.
Peer mentoring: young people provide mentoring and peer support to each other around mental health and wellbeing.
For both programmes, young people participate in accredited training, build their skills and confidence and learn where to seek further support.
A peer-mentoring programme is also being developed for schools.
