Covid-19 update

In line with government and local authority guidelines, Haringey Breastfeeding Peer Support offers face-to-face support opportunities which must be booked in advance via our Eventbrite link below.

The Breastfeeding Network (BfN) runs an established Public Health commissioned service in Haringey providing universal breastfeeding peer support in Whittington and North Middlesex Hospitals and at support groups across the borough (currently online or appointment based).

BfN supports all families in their feeding choices (breast/chest, bottle and mixed) and welcomes children of all ages.

Inclusions

  • Resident of Haringey: babies and breastfed children of all ages

How to refer

The following clinicians can refer to this service: GPs, Nurses, Health visitors, midwives

Self-referral

Haringey residents may self-refer by emailing the team for support: 
haringeysupport@breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk

No previous assessment required by a health professional. 

Residents may also register for a face-to-face session (Covid changes permitting) via the Eventbrite link at the bottom of this page. 

Spanish-speaking families may also request support via haringey.spanish@breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk
