The triage service is for non-urgent or routine referrals. The service will operate from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday and will provide face to face patient assessments.  It will replace the current Intake service.

24-hour CRISIS telephone service

Patients can self-refer for urgent mental health care. If a patient is already known to the Trust and needs urgent care they should be advised to contact their care co-ordinator in the first instance if it is between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
