Soho NHS Walk-in Centre provides a range of walk-in health services, including minor injuries (sprains, bites, minor burns, ear irrigation), contraceptive advice and emergency contraception. Contraception and other family services are not provided. Repeat prescriptions are also not provided – patient should contact GP practice.
The clinic may reach maximum capacity to see patients and will have to cease registration. Advice and redirection to alternative services will be provided. It is advisable to call if you are planning to come after 6pm.
For ear irrigation, patients need to have used topical softening drops for 7 days or more and been examined to exclude other causes for reduced hearing – other than cerumen impaction.
