Wellbeing Walking Groups

Haringey
Add to CPD

This is a volunteer-led group walking programme supported by Haringey council for all Haringey residents.

All volunteers have been trained as Walk Leaders and hold appropriate insurance cover. The programme is part of a national initiative led by Ramblers Wellbeing Walks. It aims to encourage people, particularly those who are the least active, to do regular short walks (30-45 minutes) within their local community.

All Wellbeing Walks are offered free of charge and held at different locations throughout the borough.

For more information about the Wellbeing Walks on offer, please visit the Haringey Walks website (see External links below), where you can find a list of current walks, including walk times/days, meeting points, route options and lengths.

The latest walks timetable is available in the downloads section.
